About Us

Divine Recovery is a Christ-centered faith based support group program in which people help people through God’s Word, to receive salvation, deliverance, and restoration. It is based on an 8-principle concept designed to help people find victory from their everyday problems, fears, and addictions through the power of Jesus Christ! We mutually support each other through our testimonies, life experiences, in a nonjudgmental environment. We provide   hope, faith and encouragement as we are led by the Holy Spirit who gives us the Victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! There is power in corporate praise and worship. When we come together as Christians to praise God together, we strengthen one another, and we help one another to endure and push through different challenges that we face. Take time to meet, pray together, and praise together

8 Principles

  1. I  acknowledge/recognize my faith and sins.  1 John 1:19

  2.  I take total responsibility for my sins and accept total forgiveness from Jesus Christ.     “Mathew 6:12, Acts 13:38-39

  3. I admit that I need Jesus to help me overcome my problems, fears, and/or addictions.  (Rom: 10:9,10); (Revelation 12:11)

  4. We believe the power of Jesus Christ will heal and restore us. (James 5:16) (John 15:5), (Mathew 18:19)

  5. I am willing to accept Jesus Christ into my (heart) and trust Him completely.   Romans Chapter 10. 9, John 12:32 32

  6. I renew my mind by studying and meditating on the word of God, fellowshipping with other believers and by attending to the church of my choice, so that I maybe be transformed. Rom 12:1

  7. I confess the word of God and plead the blood of Jesus over my life, family, finances, job, etc.

  8. I have a new life through Christ Jesus, and I am the righteous of God through Christ Jesus. 2 Cor 5:17; 2 cor 5:21
